Are there any M43 or any other cameras for that matter, that after taking a picture, instead of showing the entire image for review, show just the focus point at 1-1? I realize many have the ability to do that with a button but I'd love to have that feature automatic.

The GX7's pinpoint focus mode shows a 1:1 view when it's focusing. It's actually really annoying to me, since I can't see my composition. I've also never had the camera miss it's focus, so I've learned to trust it. The 1:1 view only shows up for pinpoint focus mode, not multi-point or area focus.

I trust my cameras focusing system but I sometimes induce blur in other ways. I'd love to see just the spot I intended to be sharp right after capture.

Ah, makes sense, unfortunately, the GX7 only does it right up until the second it takes the image, not after, meaning motion blur could still be problematic. I don't know of ANY camera that does this though.
