    Hope it's not as expensive as Leica stuff

    Hi Bill,

    "The Carl Zeiss Art-Calendar 2011, which will be unveiled at a special showing in Hamburg next month, will be printed in an edition of 1,000 photographs for the company's top clients." acc to the article.

    How were the Spanish meals ?

    Hi Herman

    Spanish food = we have both "put on a few kilos"
    portions = very large
    breakfast = enormous = lasts until the evening (no need for a lunch)

    We had 4 nights in two Paradores - the evening meals were specials from the region (Aragon and Navarra) - very good, but quite expensive

    Then we had 4 days with our friends near Mercia = food was good and again large portions - (the Russians have started to buy places down on the coast and we ate in a "Russian owned" restaurant), again large quantities and good prices but they catered for "the English" (and Dutch and Germans)

    We had a great time - the weather was marvellous (and still is here in SW France 25 degrees today)

    The sea was still warm - managed to swim, (no photos), at a place called La Matta

    Just to bring this thread back on-topic : Bill what were the Aragonese and Navarran local specialities?
