Alan,

Your five photos are really good. The last one with the pier at low tide, trolleys and working has a great perspective and a lot of elements to examine. Makes me want to pixel peep just to see the things people are doing or interesting objects in the photo.

I was lucky to spend pretty much the entire month of October on vacation back in the USA, so basically every picture I took is a portrait. here are my top five:

This is my daughters three month little shoot we did:

It's been a "busy" and wonderful October for us, so this month it's impossible to make a choice of 5

Here's some favourites anyway:

My top 5 from Sydney signifies the beginning of spring/ summer down here, the arrival of the Japanese Navy and their navy officers touring around town, the visit in sweltering heat to an abandoned railway which closed in 1915 and seeing a load of Maseratis parked next to the Opera House. As usual, my fav shots for the month always seem to be with the either the 12 or 75.

Awesome stuff from everyone and great idea for a thread!

A couple of questions from a newbie:
1- Do the photos have to be taken in October (I usually don't process my photos very quickly after shooting)?
2- Does it have to be with m4/3 (I'm new to m4/3 and I also use two systems)?

Thanks,
Pablo
