didn't get out much this month due to the lockdown in Valencia, but found plenty of older photos to work on with new post-processing skills.

I did not get out a lot in April. Most of my photos from the balcony of my apartment. If I had to run errands for household I would wander for a few extra blocks shooting along the way. On the return my hands are usually full so I don't get much in. Still I shot over 5100 frames, mostly when trying to get shots from the balcony of people and their shadows or bracketing for some of the sunset shots during the late afternoon hours.

April was a strange month for me as well. My 'caretaker' (my son) insisted that I stay indoors (I escaped a few times, but was VERY careful). Most of these are from a series I call "F*#! (Fork) Coronavirus!". I also made a lot of bread during April. Strange month.

I really LOVE the first two images, the last one is also very nice, but those first two are fantastic!

Love the title. The first one sums it up. I look at the forks like a couple living together through it. Overwhelmed by the necessities, spooning (ha! forks spooning :), holding hands in uncertainty, passed out on the bed from quarantine exhaustion. Cool concept!

Thanks Walt! Another lift that is greatly appreciated. I've been shooting like mad and failing often but every once in a pile of frames I get someone in just the right light & place and then it's like magic. I'm posting other related street photos from my balcony on the The Real Street II thread.

Amazing work everyone, wow! ... I did not shoot a lot in April unfortunately. I'm adding a couple of shots of my wife and daughter (and the kitties) taken on Easter day.

I'm way late - I usually like to browse these monthly threads but almost never contribute. My attitude towards my photos changes over time and I rarely feel like I know what my top photos are in a given month without plenty of time for them to marinate. But April I filled the dearth of things to do during stay at home with a photo challenge, and used L Monochrome D on the GX9 and the Sigma 30mm f1.4 for every photo. I had a few favorites, here are five.
