The only three M43 lenses that I have at the moment.
Pretty much happy with this line-up and I'm committed to the small/light ethos.
About the only lens that could get my 'hit the button finger' twitching would be a nice 'mint' Oly 12-45 at a good price.
PL15mm,
Xiaoyi 42.5mm f.1.8,
Pana 45-175mm.

I acquired and sold down to three lenses. At least I'm using all of the current stable regularly now!

Olympus 12-45mm f/4
Olympus 75-300mm f/4.8-6.7 II
Panasonic 20mm f/1.7

(unfortunately?) A cheap fisheye is in the mail from China to cover ultrawide. Maybe will get the Sigma 56mm f/1.4 but will probably hold off for a while.

Whenever it finally arrives, I'll be carrying a 12-40 PRO, 40-150 PRO, and the 100-400 Oly. I've also got the TC-14 that I'll pair with whichever lens it needs to go on, but hopefully I won't need it too often. I've been happy with it on the 40-150 so far.

I mainly take pictures of fires/public safety events, and the 100-400 is going to be used exclusively for wildland/aerial fire suppression work.

My regular usage changes seasonally. Currently my main focus is birds in my yard, and native wildflowers, so my springtime 3 lens kit is:
Olympus 60mm macro
Panasonic 100-300mm m2
PL 25mm

The three i use mosly at this time are
Oly 60mm macro
Panasonic 14-140
Panasonic 100-300 vII

I really like my Oly pro zooms and would not part with them, but for normal use I pick convenience over better image IQ

Mine are:

Laowa 7mm F2 (auto version)
Olympus 12-40mm F2.8 PRO
Olympus 75mm F1.8

I have other lenses but have, for now, settled on these as they are easy carry around with my E-M1.2 in my Billingham Hadely Digital bag.

LX 100 with its 24mm -> 75mm F1.7-2.8 equiv range.
Then the GX9 with
Mitakon speedmaster 25mm f0.95 for portraits
Olympus 45mm f1.8 for more portraits
I think I like portraits..

Depends where I am of course but on a recent trip to Yellowstone where wide, long and in-between are needed, the 12-45, 40-150, and 300mm were my go to lenses and they covered everything I needed. Also fit nicely into my LowePro Flipside pack.

I had been carrying the Olympus 12-100 as my one lens kit. Fantastic lens but it is just too heavy for me to keep in my hand all day.
So my new three lens hit is:
Olympus 9-18mm
Olympus 14-150mm II
Panasonic Leica 15MM 1.7

The entire kit weighs slightly less than the 12-100, I have much greater range, the 15MM provides better low light performance. Perhaps most importantly the camera does not feel heavy at the end of the day so it is still in my hand.
