We've been riding our bicycles throughout the winter so far, but lately it's been damned chilly even for northern stock like myself.
Today's temperature was hovering around freezing, so instead of wearing my usual traditional thin cotton cycling cap beneath my helmet, I thought I'd try a different option. It was blowing a gale too, so it helped reduce the wind-noise in my hearing aids.
So, Trapper-style hat on for the Elmer Fudd look. :whistling:

Kept me toasty warm though.

More than two months since my last haircut.
No spectacular shot like Jaime's, just critical Corona inventory taken with natural daylight.

I'm new to slightly more thoughtful photography, and very much the neophyte to lighting. Only recently got off-camera flash (2 speedlights,) and the only modifiers I have are a homemade softbox and foam-core reflectors. Started off as a record of my self haircut and hirsute pandemic face. Slowly figuring this whole thing out, (posing, lighting, editing, everything,) so I'm open to advice!

Lumix GX85
kit PL 45-150mm or PL 25mm/1.7
1 (or 2) Godox v860ii triggered optically from camera flash
homemade softbox

editing: darktable, GIMP

Constructive criticism welcome!

I agree with @moonraker about the eyes in the second one; just try and relax a bit more.

Other than that, a very good effort.

I meant the trim
but the photos aren't bad either. ;)

And welcome to the forum.
For some strange reason I've noticed most members on here are of the hirsute variety.
Ladies excepted of course.

My favourites are #3 and #4.
I like very much the light on that ones (split light effect).
The first two ones have something strange in the eyes.
Maybe that's the pupil that are too open and too bright.
Watch for the catchlight ,try not to leave the softbox reflection too close to the centre of the eye.
