Showcase Yi 42.5mm F1.8?

Hi all,

Lately i've been looking at our beloved forum and there isn't a thread for this lens. It's quite an unique lens since it has the macro ability. Anyone using this lens?

I received mine today and took a few pictures this afternoon which was very cloudy.
I like it, good lens for the price. 70 dollars with free shipping. Macro is useful.

I took it out again yesterday. A very versatile lens. (Some images cropped a lot)

Is that Punta Mita and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle?? How I miss them! Came back too early (again). Sitting here with major cold avoiding the snow.

We call them here tricolor, which is probably closer to calico.

Sorry I missed your comment, and only just came across the thread again. It's the Kapiti Coast North Island NZ. Taken on Paraparaumu beach, and that's Kapiti Island.

My dog a couple of nights ago. challenging white balance as lamps on and very warm light. Slightly missed focus on the first, or possibly moved the kit.
