Sorry, off topic but I had to comment :)

I will not ever never sell this thing (I have 25mm CV, though). This piece is good old sturdy thing built to last. In the era of plastic and cheap design, this is something else.

OP: Good luck finding your own, I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do :)

    17mm & 45mm

Thanks! I got the 17.5mm and I really really like it, I'm sure the 42.5 is the same.
This is my first manual lens; it's hard to get used to on the em-5 but easier on the em-1
    I think a 17.5, 42.5, and the 75mm will hold me down :) maybe a oly 60mm too!

Basically, like I articulated in one of the A7 threads, I'm seriously considering moving all my MF activities to an A7. If I did that, I'd rent a Voigtlander 35mm f/1.2 and see how the two lenses compare. If the 35mm was good. I'd then sell the 17.5mm to cover the cost. It would be a fairly even switch cost-wise. I'd love to keep both especially IBIS is so nice for shooting below 1/30, but that's not exactly practical...

Congrats! It's an absolutely awesome lens. It'll make an awesome pair with the 42.5mm. Enjoy!

anybody know what the two things are above the aperture ring and below the lens glass; is it a aperture lock?
