The 50/f:0.95 is an elusive (and exclusive) bit of kit... I live almost on the "photography boulevard" of Paris, and I think I saw one for sale just once, attached to a 7sZ, years ago... Good luck for your quest.

In all honesty, I should add it's been reported that it's really a terribly soft lens - wide aperture has an optical price. And it's likely it'll be even softer on a ยต4:3 body.

    Cheers,

Kosta you are better off getting the 50 1.2 which is sharper , in fact at 0.95 the lens is terribly soft so you need to step it down to make useable hence the 1.2 or 1.4.

Thanks for the help and input guys. That peter loy one is bait steep. Have seen it on eBay with same number but in AUD!

I'll look up the 1.2 - but I do like the softness of the 0.95...

I've got a lead on the Leica screw mount f/1.4 if someone is interested. Got a second-chance offer but went for a Nokton instead.

I remeber seeing a Canon 50/0.95 sell for about $AUS1000 on eBay a year or two ago, but I wonder if you'd find one for even that price now.
