We have one of our old traditional customs held annually just down the road from us, it involves and age old tradition of carrying a sack of wool (they weigh 65lbs) on your shoulders up a road that until nearly at the finish is all up hill.

The first shot is of a local male model who competes for charity and the other 2 shots are of genuine competitors trying hard to complete the course and get a good time - very well supported event.

Wow, I really feel for the second guy. The other two appear to be in really good shape and that's a wicked hill.

    Wow.... I'm speechless!

Sent from my phone. Please pardon my brevity!

What fun. Where did you place in the field of contestants?

The model's bag appears smaller. Is it the wool bag equivalent of MFT to APS-C?

The hill is a long and curving that appears as false summit, there are also uneven bits of road near the finish that are ready to trip the worn out unwary competitor.

The model is holding the genuine article and did compete, in fact he did it with a blindfold on and a guide shouting directions.

Just another one of our fun yet potentially painful quirks.
