Description: I'm selling three pieces of equipment I don't use much.
Wooden Camera Half-Cage (originally for GH4+YAGH set up)
The Wooden Camera half cage was originally created to be used with the Panasonic Interface unit, and came with my Panasonic GH4. The previous owner tried to make some modifications to make the dovetail plate attach to the interface unit with a bolt not intended for the cage and as a result chewed up some of the metal on the plate and base unit.
I've replaced that bolt with a proper screw meant for that purpose, and for the purpose of not having to constantly remove against that portion I've attached a Manfrotto RC2 quick release along with an RC2 anti-twist plate that can be removed if you wish to use the dovetail plate directly. It's held together securely and the quick release is smooth now that there is no longer an incorrect bolt blocking it.
There is also a hot shoe lock included that is currently attached to the underside of the top half. I have kept the original nato rail and grip for my smallrig configuration.
I haven't used this cage since I changed over to a SmallRig full cage for my GH4, and also because my microphones are not XLR so I have not had much use for this cage.
If purchased with the Panasonic interface unit I'll pre-mount the unit to the dovetail plate with both a 1/4" and 3/8" screw.

I also received this unit with my GH4 and the Wooden Camera half cage above. It is missing the rubber cover over the SDI connections and top contacts, but has the covers over the HDMI Out, XLR Audio in, and XLR Power in.
The bottom is scratched up a bit from the previous owner bolting it to the cage. The unit will accept either 1/4" or 3/8" threaded screws. I have tested this unit to work with my GH4 and produces excellent audio input, and I have also tested the HDMI output to be working (it's just a pass thru). I have not tried out the SDI 3G outputs as I have no monitors that accept SDI connections.
The GH4 can be completely powered by this interface unit, you will need to make sure that in the menu the audio is set to external. Since it is possible to choose between the camera's built in microphone or the external interface and it seems to default to internal mic if you have never used the interface before.

Neewer camera cage
I am the original owner of this cage that I purchased off of Amazon a couple years ago. It's a very simple cage with several 1/4" threads on the top plat with a handle that can be moved to other threaded holes. The bottom is a twist 1/4" tripod thread to mount a camera (that can be removed, and you can replace it with a RC2 adapter screwed into it like I was doing until recently).
