Will Oly 14-150 be updated like the 75-300?

There was a cosmetic update of the 40-150 and a new 75-300, also I noticed Panasonic is making the 14-140 faster. Thoughts?

Only Olympus would know the answer to that.

Doubt it. Main reason the 75-300 was updated was to give them some cover to drop the price 40%. The 14-150 doesn't seem like it needs that sort of price cut (it's already cheaper than the Panasonic equivalent).

I noticed Cameta has refurbs of the 14-150 at a good price. Why did I sell it?!!!!!

Well, How much did you buy your copy for, and how much did you sell it for? Cameta is asking $329. I bought one myself. No problems.

I have to sell my EP3 and 12mm first, but will likely go for that. I tried the 12 and 45 primes, but too much trouble to change lenses in the field (desert). I miss the 14-150, it covers such a great range, has great bokeh for flowers and can capture a Big horn sheep over on that ridge. Your Cameta offering was good?

With Tamron's 14-150 also coming out for the m43 mount and Panny's update on their 14-140, I hope not. We have too many superzooms already.
