Vice versa for Finland. Sun came out on satuday, first time in three weeks. -5C, snowing and grey again today.This has been an uncharacteristic winter for Victoria. Temps are pretty normal, hovering around 5-10*C, but in 20 years I can't remember a winter with so many blue sky days. And the clouds have been fantastic! Usually it's just grey and flat, but we've seen lots of white fluffy stuff floating past.
It is very consoling. Can't live without turkey dinner. We also smoke turkey in the summer.To rub it in to the poor souls that are braving snow and ice at the moment, here is me walking and photographing at the beach with my girlfriend at sunrise.
But hey, we got no turkey dinner here Downunder, if that is any consolation to you...
