I shoot 90% landscapes and notice that the writing speeds of the RAW files seems a little slower than the Canon 650D I sold....
    It's a 16mb Sandisk Extreme 45mb/s....will I get significantly faster write times with a 80 or 95mb/s card?

Yes, unlike some, e.g. My wife's G3, the EM-5 shows a reduced time per file going from 45 to 60 to 95Mb/sec cards.

As I shoot RAW + Fine JPEG i've stuck to the 60 or 95's.

Get the fastest one you can afford. But avoid the really cheap ones.

I use Samsung UHS-1 class 10 cards, and they're appreciably faster than my older 45mbs SanDisk Ultras. And cheaper.

Going to SanDisk Extreme Pro's made a huge difference in the write speed of my EM-1

I just got an 95mb/s Sandisk Extreme Pro to replace an older Transcend Class 10. The difference was visible to photograph my baby.
