    hello mu43 users

I'm thinking of getting me a polarizer filter, but I know as little as none when it comes to it, so if you people have any experience with it
and would help it would be great. I'm not looking for some fancy brand and something very expensive, I think I'll start for a cheap one, but no crap either.

    Hi there

I'm pretty happy with Hoya HD - it cleans easily and has about a stop of light more than the other cpl I have. It is easier to mount/unmount a brass filter though - if light loss is not an issue, I suggest to get a linear polarizer from B+W or Heliopan, it should come relatively cheap (unless you plan to use it on PDAF sensors, it is.)

I'm also in the market for a CPL (a 46mm one), and i'm 99% convinced i'm going with this one.

Although price is a major factor, and you could find cheaper ones, i think they are worth it in the long run. I bought a cheap UV filter and i do believe a slight image degradation is appearent (could be my limited knowledge in photography). Plus it's right up there with the most expensive ones, quality wise.

Marumi has more than one grade. I recommend the Marumi Super DHG (Digital High Grade).
