It's not 10% anymore. eBay handles the payment and takes another 2.5% or so. They claim you save vs their 10 and PayPal's 3.2%. They do send you your payment automatically.

OH, what did I sell? Most recently a Mickey Mouse strap. After the fees I think I can go buy a sammich.

Sold off my Yashica T5, put it out earlier today, and it sold in four hours. Havent used it in years, but saw the prices it went for when I found it in a crate, so put in a battery and ran a roll through it. That said, I bought it new in the 90s and it was never used much, probably between 10 and 20 rolls.

Funds sourced goes into the coffers for further investments in things I actually use. Am somewhat keen on a GRIII and there are some menial stuff such as a good keyboard and mouse for the "lightroom" to get as well.

I'm not sure what gets people to buy sh*t like this.
But who am I to argue? Caveat Emptor. I'll just take the money and run...

So far, within the 7 day period, gone with the wind or at least the mail: the Yashica T5, Olympus TG6, Olympus 17mm f:1.8 and Panasonic 45-150, a Yaesu VX7 and a swedish bayonet fencing rifle. Still active in the ads: a 14-42PZ and a Icom 703, to be added the Pana 25mm f:1.7 and the GX8 with 12-32, possibly also the Olympus 45 f:1.8 Ham radio never caught on, and I currently offloading the stuff I dont use and/or has supplemented, and will use the take to "balance" the outlays on the stuff I fancy.

Correct me if I'm wrong Erik, but didn't you buy it in the first place? :hmmm:
Nope. Sorry to disappoint. The black thing on the upper left is a disposable camera that I took the film from, to use in a real camera. And the battery from the flash was a good one. Btw, there's some real kick in the condenser for the flash, I can tell you!
The HTC phone found in trash. It's still working, despite the cracked screen and the other missing parts. That was a little interesting, though. It was the model with the 3D camera.
The two Fujifilm compacts were given to me. Not working then. Still not working when sold. And a couple batteries. One Fujifilm, and one HTC. At least they worked...

But, everything was described as not working, for parts, in the auction. And still it was sold on "Buy now"....

EDIT: just returned from the store with cookies ?

I had a little fun with Mr Ugly, the 35mm film Canon T80 point-and-shoot SLR, and now he's gone to a new owner. ??

Well, to my immense surprise, I'm gear negative recently. Well, at least if you don't count batteries...

First out, a lovely set of Vivitar extension tubes, Nikon pre-AI mount. Don't think they'd ever been used. Why? Well, I rescued them from a junk bin and found them a new home. Not a lotta money (see my statement above about a sammich), but they're too nice to not be used.

Next out, an almost as lovely SMC Pentax-M 150/3.5. Just a gem of a little tele, and almost hand-holdable without IS, even at efffective 300mm equivalent, because it's so small and light. Why? I bought it at a fine price because I couldn't find the slightly earlier and bigger K version, so when said K version appeared, this one needed a good home. Sold on PentaxForums in less than an hour.

This one is on eBay, and has a bid on it, so hopefully I'm not "counting my chickens." Canon 75-300 F4-5.6 II. I feel a little guilty about this one. Our neighbors gave this one to me, in a kit with a Rebel XT and the other short zoom. I'm not sure she used it at all. But thanks to my "Unintended Consequences" D20, I took this one out and discovered that I'm not likely to have a very high keeper rate at 300mm without IS. So, I'm going to roll that cash over into a 55-250 IS. So, that's the "why" on that one.

Keh had buy it thing going on in Los Angeles so I took a trip there and I got rid of my Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II lens (F-mount) since it is to be replaced with the newer S-mount in my conversion to the Z7II system. Tokina lens for Nikon went too. Keh cut check on spot for $1,100 which will go to the new S-mount one.

Also go rid of my Minolta Maxxum 7xi film camera, a 28-105mm Maxxum zoom lens, a Maxxum 50mm Macro lens, and a 2000xi flash for it. No more film sold around here so time to get rid of it, and since I threw out all my old Jobo, Omega, and Beseler darkroom stuff since I couldn't get a buyer. End of that era here. Battery for the Maxxum had date of 2005 on it so it wasn't used much past then if any. Sadly, we lost our last camera store beginning of Covid when we had used to have three.

Sold this.

As part of my plan to sell off my too numerous Olympus 4/3 DSLRs. Want to get rid of my E-410 and E-420's to consolidate on E-450's.

Strangely, the lenses are easier to get rid of separately, than the bodies including the lenses.

$35 for just the kit lens? No problem!
$65 for body with kit lens, memory card, charger, battery, strap? Mo' difficult.

Also needed the extra cash.

I sold a very clean low mileage(under 1000 clicks) EP-5 with half case - I had two
EP-5s which I found to be very capable cameras - I acquired a PEN F at a price
I couldn't pass up ans so the EP-5s became expendable - Even though I had a VF-4
I prefer the built in viewfinder of the PEN F -

A Flashpoint Mini TTL (Godox TT350-O).

I bought it thinking it was smaller then my FL360L, and it's really not. I used it only a couple of times, but kept it anyway, figuring if I bought another flash I'd probably go with Godox and leave m43 RC behind. Instead I got a great deal on a used Metz AF52, which is RC compatible, so I decided to sell the Godox to help pay for the Metz.
