When i was researching back in the fall, they went for as lpw as $115. Now i cannot seem to find one for less than $176.

$176 is roughly half of what the great little lens retails for new... I'd say that represents a great value. That said, $115?!? WOW. Where was I?!?

    Good luck!
  3. I paid $149 for mine I think... I never saw them for $115 either!

$170 is a bargain for this guy. $115 brand new is approaching the realm of the ridiculous. I've only seen used at that price.

I paid £100 for mine. It was second hand but it came from a kit so it really was like new. Great Little lens!

Often the cheapest way to get them is to buy a kit with an older body on sale, then sell the body. Not long ago there were a lot of GF3 kits with the 14mm being cleared out.

Bought mine on eBay fairly cheap, didn't have to look much.

It definitely wasn't new at that price. It was used I believe. I should have pulled the trigger.

Paid £105 for mine (~$160?) again taken from a kit so "used" but absolutely pristine and better still it's all black to match my OMD :)

    Stunning value for money

$160 is a very good price for a used one.

Technically it was used but I don't think it had been used at all on a camera just taken out if the kit and sold

The main thing is that you buy one. It's a great lens, certainly unrated but you will find good information about it at slrgear.com.

They go for $160-$180, usually if you want black it's about $10 more

In Europe you can frequently find them on ebay for about 120-130 pounds. These are all new, from kits (with GF cameras).

Anything under US $250 seems like a steal to me.

    11/5/12 I acquired one (new, silver), paying $170 U.S.

Well worth the money; the only improvement would have been to make it a 12mm instead :biggrin::biggrin:.

Very capable lens, great value for the money (especially for us "checkbook limited" types who can't justify the Olympus 12mm).

I've never seen the 14mm as low as $115...probably they'll be going for that new if I ever decide to sell mine.

I paid $190 for my black one, but I like its looks so much better than the Panny silver. I'm very pleased with the results I get.
