I saw him in concert on New Year's Eve night in Dallas, Texas. It was during the Purple Rain tour. I remember it like it was yesterday.

New record Friday! This song isn’t on this particular album, but it’s probably my favorite of hers

CKiW iRadio 76. The Guess Who "Dancin' Fool", leading into the Beach Boys "Your Summer Dream".

Found this by accident. A relatively new station on the 'net. They advertise themselves as "High performance hits of the 60's and 70's", no commercials, 100% free. No computer generated playlist, they assemble it themselves. Sometimes they have live DJ shows.

I've heard everything from early 60's Do Wop, Rockabilly, Blues, Motown, some novelty tunes, up through 70's metal. This morning I've heard the Stones, Cheap Trick, Allman Bros., the Beatles, Lovin' Spoonful, etc. etc.

We share with you "Farewell Blues, " a beautiful original song from Luke Winslow-King and his bandmates, Christian Carpenter (bass) and Chris Davis (drums). Written after he found out about his late father’s cancer diagnosis, Luke tells his father in song, "I'm gonna miss you when you go." Let us all be reminded that no day is promised so spread love while you're here.
