As I am working on my computer reading..........I am listening to..........

Old Time Radio.......

Operation Luna

This 1958 BBC production from the Journey Into Space series takes us on a wild 12-part adventure to the moon. Captain "Jet" Morgan, Stephen "Mitch" Mitchell, Doc Matthews , and Lemmy Barnet are the first astronauts to reach the moon, and what they find there is truly astonishing!

Interesting to listen to old programs from the Golden age of radio.

So what did they find on the moon? Houses, buildings, people and stuff like that?
It was along time ago, but being Journey into Space it would have to be more threatening than some people living in houses, people yes, but not as we know them.
You'd better get lkgroup to fill in on all the details, he's just heard it, I last heard it 52 years ago

I just finished episode two and it is a cliffhanger (Surprise). I will have to listen to the third episode and report on what they found. I will do that later. It left off where they are going to find "Something".

I just listened to the third episode, I still haven't got it figured out yet.

Another cliffhanger, they can't get off the Moon. Nothing in the space ship works.

Maybe more episodes tomorrow.

I was just watching a video of Sarah Brightman and Fernando Lima. Man alive, Fernando has a cool voice. The chorus line is beautiful.

I'm running some scanned slides thru CS4 and popped in an old cassette I made from music I had on an old Sony reel to reel. The attached song was on the tape, and I don't know the song title or the artist. The music on the original reel to reel was recorded in early 1970 when I was living in Stuttgart, Germany. I would be grateful to anyone who maybe able to identify this song. I would really like to purchase the CD if available, but I'm at a loss since I don't have a lead on where to start.
