I think I'm finally caught up. lol.

The Sigma 30mm is for Laura's new GF2. I will probably borrow it at some point.

Going out to do some shooting, laters.

Three lenses from three different makers for the same camera on the same day - don't think I'll see that again in my lifetime.... lucky man!

Did the Sigma come with a hood?

Only the 19mm Sigma comes with a hood. AFAIK, the 30mm doesn't even have a bayonet mount to support a hood, so your only option would be a third party screw-mount hood of the correct diameter.

I have not opened it yet but I believe everythingsablur is correct, it does not come with a hood. Neither does the Oly 45, but I bought a third party hood for it.

I think I got one of the last ones from Unique Photo over the weekend. After I ordered it, I checked back and it said 'Out of Stock'.

Totally! I just got back from shooting with the PL25. I'm having to get used to auto focus again after a year of shooting manual lenses!

    Pretty awesome so far.

Lawrence that is the restaurant inside the North Carolina Museum of Art. I might gather some friends together for a shoot in Raleigh on Saturday. Will PM if it's a go. I would love to handle an EM-5 in person!

Brady: I have not spent too much time with the Oly 45 yet but I can already tell I am going to love it. I am very used to that focal length since I shoot extensively with my Minoltas in the 45-55mm range. I will post pics in their respective threads when I have some to share. After all this time reading about them, I am SUPER excited to finally have these lenses in my collection!

cute how the box sizes are inversely proportional to the focal lengths.
