I don't know about it being empty - it just seems to not be functioning... it's been like that for a few days. It was filled with 35 items inc. EM1X and Pen F, 12-40 & 40-150 PRO etc.

I've been monitoring getolympus and they have been empty for a few days I think. I am expecting them to do some sort of sale, at this point a Cyber Monday sale perhaps. People will have already spent most of their budgets on other stuff if they don't hurry up and have the same soon. Hoping for a good deal on an EM1 Mark ii or a 12-100 f4.

If like the 20% off sales, stuff will go fast.

A 40-150/2.8 at more than 20% off would be tempting, just to get a fast f/2.8 lens.
A 45/1.8 to pair with my 17/1.8 would be tempting.

Just checked the Oly Outlet for Cyber Monday deals ... not much there.
I'm disappointed ... Black Friday deals from Olympus didn't bring much either.

It looks like they are adding items one by one, so you might want to check back again. I saw reconditioned E-M1 Mark II bodies for $999.99, which strikes me as a decent price. Although I am not in the market for that at the moment.

Edited to add: it seems some items are tagged that you can take an additional 20% off of the listed price, and some items do not bear that tag.

20% off sale. I just scored a 12-200 for $576, $620 including the sales tax. I have been waiting a couple of months for this deal to come around. I really like vendors that are addicted to discounting! Then all I need is patience.

I think Olympus is managed conservatively and judiciously. EOY inventories and resources may be reduced and not available for quick sales. Just speculating...

I think the "outlet" are returned product, so the inventory is based on what get sent back.
