I'm currently in the process of moving from one country to another. While dealing with the immigration paperwork, little things keep popping up. I need to get another stamp here, there should be another signature there. This needs to be translated, and the translation needs to be stamped and signed. and then the stamp needs to be stamped. You get the picture. It's at times like this when one can either get bogged down in the frustrating details, or focus on the happiness that abounds. On that note, show me some happy! Anything goes, really. It could be someone's happiness or something that makes you happy or just anything else the theme brings to mind. Happy shooting! ------------------------- Weekly Challenge Rules The challenge will be open from Friday through Thursday, with a winner announced on Friday (unless people think I should make this one longer or shorter to get the schedule back on track). Everyone gets to submit 2 photos shot with an m4/3 camera in line with the chosen theme. The winner of the previous challenge gets to choose the new theme (topics can be anything under the sun) and serves as the judge for his/her weekly challenge. For obvious purposes, the judge is disqualified from participating in his/her own weekly challenge. Instead, he/she should post up to 2 photos as examples to start out the challenge. Should the winner not be able to commit to being the next judge, the responsibility is passed on to the runner-up. Contests are scheduled to open on Wednesday of each week. On Tuesday of the following week, the judge will name a blue ribbon winner, a runner-up, and 1 honorable mention. As we all know, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. We may not all agree with the chosen winners; the judge is encouraged (but not required) to state what criteria he used to decide on a winner. To make sure we don't break any Mu43 rules/regulations, by participating in this thread you are allowing the judge to repost your image for the sole purpose of announcing the winners for the Weekly Challenge.
