Is it possible to get the rokinon 12 mm f/2 wider with a converter and not have nasty aberrations . if so, what converter is recommended?

    No.

You might try a dslr 10mm or 12mm with a focal reducer adapter, though.

You might be able to use something like Fuji's high end wide-angle converter for the X100S, with a 67-49mm step down ring, since the 12mm is a lot more modest of a wide angle on M4/3 compared to APS-C, so you probably don't need anywhere near such a large filter without vignetting.

But it's $349 and weighs 150g. May or may not vignette. A bit of a pricey experiment.

Still maybe smaller and cheaper than a Rokinon 10mm/f2.8 DSLR lens with a focal reducer, though.
