    Water Damage OMD M5

Selling my silver OMD M5, I was using the battery grip with it and thought it was more water resistant then it was due to misleading claims (don't believe any of that splash proof stuff). It just powered off and now it won't turn on.

Selling body for parts or you can fix it, I don't feel like sending away for repairs.
Free Shipping buy pays PayPal fee.

Will trade for 3 wireless flash triggers and a receiver.

You know if the warranty is still active I'd send it in to olympus - they do advertise splashproof. Good luck.

it will depend on what kinda lens was on it. if the lens has water/weather seal then they should honor it but it still risky. lol if your selling it for parts ill buy the eye piece and the flash cover for the hot shoe from you. PM me and shoot me a price.

Try sticking the whole thing in a bag of rice. It will soak up all the moisture inside the camera. After a month or so, with a fresh battery you might have luck. I did.
