Nice views Paul.
Is the path actually open for walkers?
Only the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the Welsh Coast Path are closed to all walkers.

It seems to be open if you can get to it. Luckily we can as we’re only a mile inland. Most of the car parks are closed ( including all National Trust ones) which restricts access for visitors I suppose.

Took a longer-than-usual walk today, and I was pretty cross because I was fighting the lens and missed a few shots--sheer stupidity on my part. But half a mile from the car and this guy lands just a few yards away:

And then, just a minute later I saw this guy crossing today, and I was happy about it because just two days ago I saw one that didn't quite make it:

Oh, and these people were social-distant-tailgating at the parking lot, which was kinda neat:

Here are the lights for a deserted athletic field. I pulled off the road because the concessions looked like they were lit nicely by the setting sun, but they were just a bunch of buildings after all. I thought the lights more interesting, they have gathered a nest although if I'm being honest that nest is probably there every year:

And an obligatory wide-angle shot from a local park. It was windy and cold, which means blue and bright today, and a bit cloudy.

I'll try to get the upper hand on the telephoto lens again tomorrow, I think I've found the main culprit which means I have to start from scratch with all my settings :D

A few images from today's walk.

I've lived here most of my life and never been down this path.

Over this stile is a public footpath through the golf course.

Due to the lockdown golf isn't allowed. I took this opportunity to have a wander and take some photos.

Walked across to the very expensive 'burbs this afternoon. Weird mix of very old to very new houses, not sure which this one is...

Ready to take some shots from the Poppy fields to my left
I spotted this jogger in the corner of my eye.
I took a real fast shot and had my fingers crossed :)

A few shots from a walk after working on repair and spring re-fitting of my boat. The Oslo fjord is at its narrowest near Drøbak. Big ships do not have much room to maneuver. The now historic fortress Oscarsborg protected the sole open passage with underwater torpedoes and the big guns Moses and Aron. Most famous for sinking the German battleship Blücher during the April 1940 invasion of Norway.

Shot with GX80 using Nikkor 85mm/1.8 K (first photo) and Nikkor-Q 200 mm f/4.

Back to the future day!! :)
I mentioned earlier in this thread, I've been going out with different body/lens combos. Well, today it was time to pull out my original m4/3 setup, a GF1 and a 14-42.
I don't think the phrase "bitingly sharp" has ever been applied to the 14-42, but it did ok. As for the GF1, it still feels better in the hand than any camera (of any format) that I've ever owned.

Oklahoma is starting to reopen, but I guess playgrounds are in a later phase.

We had a little rain early in the day, liked how the drops looked on the petals

This guy looked tired after easter. He let me get within 10 feet of him:

And this fellow was out looking for something in low tide. Perhaps for the drain plug so he can put it in and go diving again?

And an obligatory sunset, this was waiting for me when I got back.
