I'm considering getting this lens to add to my legacy lenses.
Not sure if 2.5 is fast enough. Anyone have experience with this lens?
    Thanks in advance.

I'll be interested to hear feedback on this lens also. Thanks.

with the decent iso performance you should be able to bump up a notch or two to make it rather usable. for most situations it will be perfect.
unless "you shoot sports in the dark" :p

The speed is certainly not going to be an issue, f2.5 is plenty fast. I was shooting sports for a newspaper with my E3, 90-250mm f2.8 plus 1.4x in late evenings and under lights, and it still worked.
