    Hi all

I'm having trouble with the video controls. I can't seem to find a way to change exposure while shooting video in manual mode. Just to clarify, I am in the video mode and I have chosen the manual video exposure control from the menu.

The thing is that if I use any other mode, the camera does change exposure when I look from light into shadow, even while I'm shooting a video. So it is possible for the camera. But if I'm in manual video mode, I can't change it myself after I hit record. Am I just blind or is there no way to control it myself? I feel like I have tried everything.

    Thanks in advance!

You can't change any exposure related settings while shooting. You have to stop and change your settings and then start shooting again. It's that or rely on the auto exposure in any of the other modes.

I would suggest getting a fader and / or a lens with manual aperture control and keep the shutter speed constant.
