Can someone please include @Amin Sabet@Amin Sabet in a post so I can see if/how notifications work when I am tagged?

Am I missing something here, how do you "tag" someone in a reply?

Pity there can't be simple link that allows you to 'tag', just like 'reply'. Reply is just one click, tag requires more actions.

Tagging is useful to get attention of user who is not participating in thread, but can be interested or valuable in discussion.
