Understanding Olympus Technology

    One of member in mirrorlesscam.com found interesting patents to look at how Olympus cameras work. Purely a summary of recent Olympus patents, may not be correlated to Olympus camera.

    • IR assisted AF
    • Frequency Acceleration Sensor Technology
    • Saturation dan tonality control
    • Dynamic range, Gradation and noise engine
    • R-G-B noise reduction channel (chroma noise)
    • Optical Filter, residual IR cut-off at 1000nm or more

    My opinion: if we arrange those patents.. I think it shoud be "new system in Olympus camera"
