Un able to install DXO Pure Raw

I have been trying to install DxO PureRaw trial version but continually get an error message in the plug-in manager in lightroom cc. I am using the latest version of lightroom and windows 10. I use NIK plug-ins and never had a problem installing those. I have deleted and reinstalled the trial version a couple of times and have the same issue. I also notice that none of the files in the PureRaw installation have a lrplugin extension which I see all my other plug-ins have. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have reached out to DxO but have not received a response.

I don't think there's any plugin with PureRaw...
PhotoLab has a plugin for Lightroom Classic (not CC) but PureRaw is only a standalone software.

In ACDSee, it works only as an "External Editor". i.e. R-click on image select "Open with External editor". Full integration of those tools, would require PhotoLab 4, I should think.
