I shouldn't have opened the link. Swap out the 17 with the 20, and I'm now reminded just how much I've spent thus far on my kit.

12/2, 25/1.4 and 45/1.8. That'd have been fast trio. Oly or Pany needs to come up with a 100/2 now.

That kit includes a standard $800 kit plus $1450 in extra accessories and lenses. A value of $2,250 for $2,312.94...

    Rounded figures, of course...

    E-P3 + 17mm (maybe a little more now): $800 on introduction
    12mm f/2: $800
    45mm f/1.8: $400
    VF-2: $250

Maybe at more current prices it might work out to the $2,312.94, but you would think they'd give you a discount on the kit instead of making you pay full price?

But you only have to click once!

I was wondering the same on the pricing, thanks for running the numbers... not as good a deal as the previous kit (think it was just the 12 w/ E-P3).

Hehe. I just ran them through my head because I was curious how much you would save. I didn't even realize that the value was LOWER than the price until after I started typing it out, lol.
