    EXIF on the first is 12mm /f/6.3, and the second is 43mm f/6.3. Most likely these are n-camera JPEGs using the 12-50mm kit zoom. Impressive!

    Is it me or are there some weird artefacts in the blue sky in the first & brown material in the 2nd ? Kinda look like sharpening artefacts, but in large areas of colour...

    Yes, there are some JPEG processing artifacts when viewing flat broad areas of color at 100%.

    Wow, nice find! I've been looking for some samples that aren't tiny screen res images.

    Hopefully it's not too long until they supply a raw file to play around with.
