Hi all

After seeing some random images from the Artisan f 1.4, and the price, I decided it was worth a try.

Tried it on my Em5 M11 which I had thought would be ideal cos of size.

I tried it on the M1 Mk11 , as what I thought it might tell me why it failed on M5

It was very tight screwing it on on the M5 ,,,, no image.

My first thought - error on my part, so exchanged lens for another manual. Absolutely fine.

I should add - that on the M1 Mk11 I find I apply it on, but it doesn't "click" in the usual way. I rotated back a fraction, and heard a distinct click. After that I could use the lens.

Am I missing something in M5 Mk11?

Thanks

The locking pin needs to pop out into the hole in the lens. If the locking pin is still depressed then the camera will not display an image.

Thanks - I'll keep trying. It seems like a very tight fit on the M5 Mk ii, but may get easier, and lock in?
