From an Argus Instant Load 270 I removed the fixed lens: Cintagon 40mm f2.8
Unfortunately I was unable to retain aperture control and the lens is now only wide open at F2.8.
Flange distance is less that a typical SLR therefore I had to create a smaller "adapter".
I used several 46mm UV filters and removed the glass, stacked them and sanded away the black anodizing as I wanted to integrate the polished aluminium look.

Wide open the lens does't offer great sharpness but does display an interesting glowing character that I like for portrait and moody images.
