My father-in-law is a huge model train nut. This week I heard the NRV Show (model trains) was in town so I asked him to go. I didn't know much about model trains, but when I got there I was blown away by the detail in the worlds these guys create.

Most of the displays were roped off, so I had to lean out over the rope and use the rear display to capture these, some of them just luck. The IBIS was invaluable for this kind of shooting.

The images were edited in LR 5.3 RC. The colors are much better IMO. I also created a video slideshow with some music and uploaded it to YouTube. Not normally my style of music, but I thought it fit the mood I envisioned while shooting the images quite nicely.
