The Tokina 300mm f6.3 catadioptric ("mirror") telephoto lens is specifically designed for mu43 so its only 2.6" long. Not bad considering its a 600mm equivalent lens.

At the regular price of $300, you are better off paying a little more and just getting the Panasonic 100-300mm lens. But for $149, its a great low cost addition to your kit:

Plenty of reviews, all of which say its not a super high picture quality lens but you can get good results:

I used to have it, it's a nice lens though tricky to focus. I found I prefer autofocus at long focal lengths. $150 is a good price though, and it is very compact if space is an issue.

FYI, you can find 500mm f/8 mirror lenses in other mounts, including 4/3, for under $100. I'm not impressed with my Opteka; not sure if the Tokina's are any better.
