Thrift store accessories, beanbag

    I was at a local thrift store looking for old lens or cameras and stuffed toys for my dogs, when I had an idea.

    I bought a 50 cent hanging wallet/ID carrier and a 25 cent bead stuffed teddy bear. I cut the string off of the wallet and put the beads out of the bear in the wallet to make a little bean bag for my cameras.

    I have been out shooting with the bag and found it worked good. I was using my epm1 with an old Minolta 50mm macro lens. the bag did a good job of holding the camera with a heavy-ish lens. The flower picture was with this setup, not the greatest picture, just an example.

    It is the best 75 cents I have spent on photography.
