Here are three from today's visit to Roanoke, Texas for lunch at the "Twisted Root"... best hamburgers for miles around. It's been awful weather in the Dallas area lately so today was fairly good.. even with showers on and off.. at least I got out for a bit with the camera. Shooting anything is better than shooting nothing.

I will probably keep the GF1 and use it with the 20mm lens in combination with my GH2... if it ever arrives.

All shot with the GF1 at ISO 200.. 20mm Pancake at f/1.7
B&W conversion in Photoshop CS5

Hi, in Roanoke. There are generally a few very accessible oil drilling rigs from around Cabella's north Ste Hwy 170 and I-35W to Argyle with easy access for photography. Day, dusk and night shots are possible. Great fun and no one has tried to stop me. A security guard at a Haslet site said that many planes start night landings at Alliance Airport starting around 11:30PM.
