Awesome set're blessed to have that as your office.

Really like the two Mt Ossa shots...the second in particular is fantastic, I can see how it would be well worth the climb. Stunning Aussie landscape !

Nice glow on the close flora shots....25Nokton I presume ? Dreamy.

Shame about them mid-1930s vandals though eh...louts, and probably horse thieves to boot !

They're all with the Nokton, it's all I've shot with for the last few months. The m.ZD 45/f1.8 arrived during my last trip though, so I'll be shooting with that on my next one

I doubt they were horse thieves, given that there aren't any horses to thieve  They would have either been bushwalkers or perhaps fur trappers. The hut was originally built for prospectors, but that was finished by '33.

    Great shots, Nick.

What's the weather year-round in that area?

I wish to visit there down under before I hit the big six-0.

    Nice set, thanks!
Figured out what a "punter' was via the photo.

I envy your 'work'! Nice photos too, though I must admit it's a somewhat odd use for the Nokton (as a walkaround lens).

Thanks  I've found the Nokton to be an excellent walkaround lens!
