Dark-eyed Junco bird picking up bits of tiny seeds from a a hanging section of shrub it was jumping into and shaking to drop the bits.

went from zero to 14" of snow in 12 hours or so here in Cleveland Ohio. Birds may have a little trouble using birdbath today.....

I'm in Southeast Michigan. If it makes you feel any better we don't have any snow either. We may get an inch or so for Christmas morning, but that'd be it.
Oh, I spent a winter in Greenville (in the vicinity of Lansing) and we had about 6 feet of snow (1998/99). I assumed every winter was like that 😂
