I met up with a few people from avforums yesterday and we walked along the streets of central London in the United Kingdom.

Here are a few samples from that trip, more and about the route we took, equipment used etc can be found on my personal site http://www.oooia.com/london-street-photography-walk/

    8. And yours truly, although not with my own camera...Canon 5D with 135/f2 is nice, but I prefer my m43 setup

    Thank you very much :)

The funny thing is that the owner of the Canon 5D is now about to buy a OMD M1 with 75mm and 42.5mm...He was so impressed with street photography of this format, the size, the quality and the (non) reaction of people...And I didn't set out to convince anyone....Just had my two cameras with me in one lightweight package...

Kind of like religion in the sense that the loud promoters can sometimes aggravate folks whereas the soft-spoken ones are usually the most convincing.

BTW, great tones in your images too!

Thank you....It was an odd typical UK English day considering the light. It was bright, making your eyes squint, but not sunny, and cloudy...

The great thing about London is its diverse melting pot, I now live in the country side which I prefer to raise a family. But I love going into London and watch the world go by....

I should have asked when I spotted them, but I would love to know where these ladies were from. Their dress sense is rather unique...
