The Rokinon 7.5mm and the sun

    One of the few weaknesses of the Rok is the way it renders the sun in frame. I trialed Topaz's Star Effects and am pleased with the results. It's a little out there but much better than the blob that was there. Here's a sample.

    Funny, now that I made all that commotion the original doesn't look that bad.

    The original looks pretty good. Add some contrast to the clouds a bit. Loving the texture on the rocks!

    I like the processing, but find the star effect add-on a bit over the top. I like the original.
