Thanks @Bidkev I had a look at the Miksang thread and I like it but I am still trying to work out what kinda photos would fit in there I am not English.
Maybe you have a simple explanation for me please ? Would be great !

We give photographic expression to that which we connect fully to our everyday world and to ourselves."

I rather tend to think of it as everyday things around us that have a beauty of there own but tend to go un-noticed unless we "photographically connect" with them.
