The Other Morning On The Way Home From Work

    I had paused alongside the road near an old railway trestle on the way home from work this morning and tried to work it a bit.

    E-PL1, Oly 17/2.8 & Canon FD 50/1.8

    Thank you. I was pleased with how that one came out after playing with dropping the shutter speed as low as I could without a tripod - pretty low with in body IS & a 17/2.8 lens :D Gave a nice effect to the flowing water without losing the refection of the timbers of the trestle's remains.

    I also prefer the second photo. The others could use an increase in the blacks, they seem a bit washed out to me.

    It's an old Canon FD 50/1.8 on those - making me wonder about the possibility of haze hiding in the inner elements.

    As is, these are straight from the camera, perhaps some playing with levels might help?
