With all the interest in Glasgow, I thought I'd grab few shots from around the City centre during the games. All with Olympus EM-1 and 75mm or 12-40mm

Good stuff Glenn.

I was out today in the rain and got some shots too. I'll PP them later and add them to your thread.

I was going to head onto Glasgow Green but the queue at the security barrier was humungous so I thought better of it. It's amazing how little there is to see when you can't afford the price of a ticket to any events!

Cheers Ivor. These were last Friday when it was 28c. It's lashing down here in West Lothian today. I bailed out of going to Glasgow Green last week too.

I went to Glasgow Green today and it was nice and quiet thanks to the rain! There really wasn't much to do there though, it was mainly food stalls. After getting some lunch we spent the rest of the afternoon in the Science Museum where it was nice and dry!

Still haven't got around to the old PP'ing but coincidentally, I was in the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery today too.

Look for some groovy shots of a Spitfire and some disembodied heads later!

That's so funny Glenn. Guess where I went on the way home from my rainy city centre jaunt yesterday?

That's a lovely lens you have there - these were shot using the 14-42mm Panasonic kit lens so no real comparison.
