  4. I wish I had more time at the region. Photographically speaking it is a magical land John.

I have done 9 photography conferences on travel photography this year. The one on Florence and Tuscany stole every evening. I showed Rome, Prague, Paris as well.

Taken today. It is the end of the world...it started raining again! (Is this a better size?)

Did I mention how wonderful this image is? It's a great moody capture.

Nice cloud composition. Why such a small image?

Better size? (You are clicking on the thumbnail?) (P.S You cannot upload a File taller than 1024--Minimum dimensions are about 2000x1024 and orientation matters, so vertical files can never exceed the 1024.)

Why is the end of the world such a small event. Except for Mr. Campings' reputation, it did not seem to affect anything.

I made the image as big as you can on this site.

End of the World at Huntington State Park

Since the theme has become dramatic skies (as the world didn't end) here's one taken by my wife as I rushed towards the end at Huntington State Park in SC.

G1 / 14-45 kit lens (the only one she ever uses) Aperture 3 / Silver EFX

This is how the world will end ... not from the heavens but by man ...

Unfortunately, I think the process will be longer and more drawn out--it will be from the end of a tailpipe or sewer. I think we perfected chemical warfare into the most subtle art and horrendous form of suicide.
