Thanks for your comments, they are greatly appreciated. Had to wait, stood there with the camera pointed upwards, for about 10 minutes whilst I had a combination of the birds in the right place (they swooped around about every 40 seconds) plus there being no cars on the busy main road that runs along the side of the church... my arms ached after this!

Very nice Jeff . Glad I could be of some inspiration to you. LOL. I really enjoy using the manual focus lenses on the Olympus cameras because the magnified view and focus peaking make focussing a breeze.

First shot with new xiaoyl 42.5 f/18 at f/2. Light was shocking as in my lounge with an up light and reading light pointed at ceiling.
