Taken just below Truman Dam, Warsaw, Missouri. When water is allowed to flow through the Dam's Turbine's, fish sense the water movement, and travel up the Lake of the Ozarks side, and feed. (Lake of the Ozarks is on one side of the Dam, and Truman Lake is on the other.) Very little water was flowing this day, and only the Carp were interested. Lots of them.
