I was in class this past weekend and my insturctor was using a program that sent the pic she was taking on her camera straight to her computor.

Im wondering what is that program called and is there one for the olympus epl-1.

And if so where can i get one that program from?

You say the Olympus software. Are you talking about the software that came with my camera or a separate software.

I don't believe that is true. Olympus Studio is discontinued and never fully supported the E-PL1. It has been replaced with Olympus Viewer which does not support tethering with any camera.

    Cheers,

soneone on dpreview contacted olympus & got reply:

" Thank you for contacting Olympus Technical Support. The EP-1 does not include CONTROL MODE which is required for tethering. Currently only our E-System DSLR cameras are the only cameras that offer control mode.
