Having just moved to Singapore from the States, I was really interested in testing this camera in the "new light zone". You have to wait a very long time here to get long shadows and when it comes, it goes quickly. But the light here (as elsewhere) has its own charm. Am getting used to it and enjoying it too.

The LX100 is, to my mind, a very capable compact and up to delivering in a variety of situations and light conditions. Some examples below:

    P1040342-2-Edit. P1040364-2. P1040327-2. P1040303-2.

Great images. What brought about the move to the other side of the world?

Work. Now that I'm here I do hope that Panasonic/ Olympus come out with a weather sealed version of this camera or some $600 camera in the near future. If Pentax can create a fully weather sealed DSLR body with kit lens for $600, there is no reason why the M4/3 manufacturers cannot do the same.
